Service Description

In this 45 minute class, we'll incorporate breathing, stretching, and meditation into our movements to improve our mobility, and bring the mind to a calm, focussed place. With a focus on form, this class is suitable for first-timers and seasoned yogis alike. We'll learn how to 'listen to our bodies' and adapt our own practices accordingly. No props are required, but if you use props, have them nearby. If you have any questions about any aspect of these classes, you can reach me at contact@wholehealthgabie.com Classes start promptly. Open-door policy for late-comers, please inform me when possible. No-shows non-refundable.Taught in FR/ENG, otherwise known as 'Frenglish'. Appropriate for English speakers, French speakers and bilinguals. Please consult your healthcare professional regarding anything that may impact your wellbeing during a yoga practice prior to booking. This includes but is not limited to injuries, illness, pregnancy. When possible, please inform me of anything that may impact your wellbeing during your yoga practice and where needed, I will offer modifications.
