Service Description

In this 60 minute bedtime class, we'll practice relaxation techniques including breathing exercises to calm the central nervous system, meditation techniques to focus the mind, as well as postures that encourage the body into a relaxed state. You can practice on the mat, or in bed. If you fall asleep, great! If you get super comfy in a posture and wanna stay there, awesome. You do you! Meditative music will be offered to accompany this class. With a guided format, this class is suitable for first-timers and seasoned yogis/meditationers alike. We'll learn how to 'listen to our bodies' and adapt our own practices accordingly. You'll need a couple of pillows, a blanket and anything else that makes you feel cozy. Open-door policy for late-comers, please inform me when possible. No-shows non-refundable. Taught in FR/ENG, otherwise known as 'Frenglish'. Appropriate for English speakers, French speakers and bilinguals. Please consult your healthcare professional regarding anything that may impact your wellbeing during a yoga practice prior to booking. This includes but is not limited to injuries, illness, pregnancy. When possible, please inform me of anything that may impact your wellbeing during your yoga practice and where needed, I will offer modifications.
