Service Description

Available Monday-Friday, 7am - 7pm CET, private off-schedule sessions 15-45 minutes. Don't have time for yoga? My schedule's open for you to book a yoga session when it works for you. Depending on your yoga goals, the class will be tailored to fit your needs. You can also request 15-25 minute breathing and guided meditation sessions. No props are required, but if you use props, have them nearby. If you have any questions about any aspect of these sessions, you can reach me at contact@wholehealthgabie.com While I hold an open-door policy for late-comers, I will only be available for the 45 minute time slot scheduled. If late to a session, please inform me when possible. No-shows non-refundable. Fluent in 'Frenglish'. Private sessions are appropriate for English speakers, French speakers and bilinguals. Please consult your healthcare professional regarding anything that may impact your wellbeing during a yoga practice prior to booking. This includes but is not limited to injuries, illness, pregnancy. When possible, please inform me of anything that may impact your wellbeing during your yoga practice and where needed, I will offer modifications.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to the class start time will not be refunded. Rescheduling is not possible less than 6 hours prior to class start time.
