Offering yoga & wellness classes to your employees does more than just offer them an exercise routine. Practising yoga & meditation can help to reduce stress, improve mood, increase focus (and so, SO much more)!

 

Yoga and meditation are two exercises that everyone can participate in. I specialise in teaching form-focussed yoga, suited for beginners and regular practitioners alike. 

In classes, we’ll focus on 3 main skills

1. Asana: Physical practice

2. Pranayama: Breathing exercises

3.  Meditation: Focus, Awareness and Relaxation exercises
